SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to YBPcosmetics.com

We primarily ship via Bluedart. Please allow 2 business days for processing before contacting us about your order. After shipment, the average time for delivery is 2-5 business days. If you live inside a major city, then 2-3 business days is normal. If you live up to 100 km outside of a major city, then plan for 3-5 business days. Farther than 100 km outside of a major city may take 5-7 business days. However, weather conditions can also affect the delivery times.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the goods. Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, friend, neighbor, etc. YBP Cosmetics takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

YBP Cosmetics is not responsible for damage or misplacement after delivery.

If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer error like wrong address/contact information, cancellation, or consistently not being present to accept the shipment after repeated delivery attempts, then we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to shop@ybpcosmetics.com on the day of delivery.

Tracking numbers are provided in email when your order ships. If you did not receive it, then please mention the Order Number in your message to shop@ybpcosmetics.com when requesting the tracking number.

Currently we are not offering COD service
