Your trust is the Most important thing to us! We’ll try our very best to get your order right the first time.
If you decide to cancel your order after making a payment, and before shipment, you can do so. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Once we initiate your refund, it will usually take up to 7 working days for your Bank to credit the funds back to your account. You will not be charged any fee for the cancellation.
To cancel your order, please send us an email before 2pm on the next day after your purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the Subject write “Cancel Order” and mention your Order Number in your message. We will process your cancellation asap!
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the goods. YBP Cosmetics takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person. If your package has been misplaced after delivery, we cannot issue any refunds.
If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer error like wrong address/contact information, cancellation, or consistently not being present to accept the shipment after repeated delivery attempts, then we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges.
If you believe you have received a product that has some kind of major manufacturer defect or damage that would hinder the use of the product, please write us an email within 24 hours of delivery to email@example.com. In the Subject write “Replacement” and mention your Order Number in your message. Also please include a description and photos of the defect. If there is indeed some genuine manufacturer error, and depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount coupon code that you can use on a future purchase. We want you to be satisfied!
If there was some issue with the delivery and it has been set for return by the courier, for a wrong address or the customer not being present or a similar situation, we can only issue a refund after we have received the product.
Regarding minor leak due to shipping, we put a lot of protection to stop that from happening. However, very minor leakage is still possible when our bottle is shipped by air due to the change in atmospheric pressure. We fill a little extra in each bottle to make sure you’re getting the right amount.
Improper storage of Sponge: Regarding Mold, this can only happen if the Sponge is not cleaned and dried properly. We send proper instructions with our products for cleaning, keeping, and air-drying the sponge. We cannot replace Sponges if they develop mold from improper use.
